From Dreamers to Doers: Our Youth in Action
We create pathways for youth to explore the world of business through direct mentorship from small business owners, mental health professionals, and dedicated youth advocates. Our programs are rooted in real-life experience, hands-on learning, and personal growth.
Our vision doesn’t stop there. We empower women to lead, support small businesses to grow, and activate neighborhoods through community-driven solutions that foster long-term impact.
The COMUnity Youth Entrepreneurship Program
A community-centered space that houses small businesses and youth mentorship under one roof, where young minds gain the confidence and skills to become tomorrow’s leaders and innovators. Young entrepreneurs not only learn how businesses operate, but actively participate in operations, pop-up events, product development, and customer interactions. The space is also a site for acting-based personal development seminars where youth “play out” professional scenarios, building confidence, communication, and leadership skills in a supportive environment. .

Beyond entrepreneurship, we focus on the many dimensions of womanhood—covering wellness, leadership, family, financial confidence, and personal growth.
The Bobbie Mae Way: Grassroots Solution to Food Deserts
Inspired by a woman whose love and care fed generations, the movement brings food trucks and community vendors directly into neighborhoods impacted by food deserts. It’s rooted in the belief that every family deserves access to fresh, healthy food—and that wellness should never depend on a zip code.
Led by people from the community, it opens pathways for nourishment, connection, and opportunity. With each stop, food meets purpose—supporting small businesses while restoring health and hope to overlooked areas.
